LaSalle, a former Council MemDer, Kevin Horton, City Controller, and Andrew Ujdak, 5120 Scenic Dr, spoke in favor of this resolution. Council Member L ecke made a motion to adopt the resolution by acclamation, se onded by Council Member Varner. The motion carried.
