Mr. Mccham confirmed that was the case. Mr. Gilot stated it appears that it won't matter in this instance; they don't appear to be the low bidder. He encouraged their representative present for the bid opening to make sure that all paperwork is submitted, noting they risk having their bid disqualified by not submitting all required documents with their bid.
