CITY OF SOUTH BEND OFFICE OF THE CPTY CLERK <br /> seconded by Committee Member White and carried by a vote of five (5) ayes, with two (2) <br /> committee members absent. <br /> Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski -Aye Committee Vice Chair Troy Warner—Absent <br /> Committee Member Canneth Lee -Aye Committee Member Rachel Tomas Morgan—Aye <br /> Committee Member Karen L. White -Aye Citizen Member Ross Deal -Aye <br /> Citizen Member Angela Smith-Absent <br /> Bianca Tirado, City Clerk on the 4th floor of the County-City building, announced that Bill No. <br /> 58-24 seeks a three percent (3%) salary increase, aligning with the rest of the administration. <br /> This would adjust the City Clerk's salary from eighty thousand two hundred and twelve dollars <br /> ($80,212) to eighty-two thousand six hundred and eighteen dollars (82,618). <br /> Bianca Tirado announced that Bill No. 59-24 maintains the salary caps for all four(4) positions <br /> within the office, with the only adjustment being the standard three percent(3%) increase. She <br /> also noted that the office currently has one (1) public relations intern. <br /> Committee Chair Niezgodski held the public hearing, and nobody spoke. <br /> Committee Member Tomas Morgan motioned to send Bill No. 58-24 to the Committee of the <br /> Whole with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Member White <br /> and carried by a vote of five (5) ayes, with two (2) committee members absent. <br /> Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski -Aye Committee Vice Chair Troy Warner—Absent <br /> Committee Member Canneth Lee -Aye Committee Member Rachel Tomas Morgan—Aye <br /> Committee Member Karen L.
