BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY established as an Historic Preservation <br />district with such uses as permitted in Section 21 -36.1 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and shall be <br />designated the Lincolnway East Historic District. <br />SECTION 2. The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County shall adopt guidelines for the Lincolnway East <br />Historic District. <br />SECTION 3.
