ORDINANCE NO. _2 �. _3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $13,000.00 FROM THE MORRIS CIVIC <br />AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR A PRELIMINARY ARCHITECTURAL <br />MASTER PLAN FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE MORRIS CIVIC <br />AUDITORIUM. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The Morris Civic Auditorium is owned by the City of South <br />Bend and is managed under the control of the Century Century Board of <br />Managers. <br />The Century Center Board of Managers have determined that it <br />would be expedient and in the public interest to undertake an <br />architectural study of the needs of the Morris Civic Auditorium. Money <br />is available for this purpose in the Morris Civic Auditorium <br />Improvement Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The amount of $13,000 is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set —apart out of the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement <br />Fund for a contract for a preliminary architectural master plan of <br />improvements and additions to Morris Civic Auditorium. <br />SECTION II.
