ORDINANCE NO.] 10S-93 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $175,000.00 FROM THE MUNICIPAL BONDS OF 1981 FUND FOR CENTRAL- IZED COMMUNICATIONS AND STREET DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to complete centralized communications, additional funds are needed for remodeling costs and equipment. Also, funds are needed for Street Department Equipment. These funds are available from interest earned in the Municipal Bond of 1981 Fund, commonly referred to as the General Obligation Bond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That $175,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Municipal Bonds of 1981 Fund. This appropriation is to be distributed as set forth below: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 427.0 Motor Equipment $ 90,000.00 431.0 Radio Equipment 85,000.00 Total $175,000.00 SECTION II.
