Evaluate existing water main from Mishawaka Avenue to Wall Street to determine if upgrade replacement is recommended. 7. Review all tree removals with City Forester. 8. Provide a one colored rendering showing the proposed improvements including the pool demolition and restoration, Greenlawn Street Improvements, and Wall Street Improvements. The rendering will be prepared when requested by the City at a time between 60% design plans and final plans. G. Plan Development: 1. The project will be split into the following phases: a. Pool Demolition b. Greenlawn Avenue and Wall Street Improvements 2. The following plan preparations of the Pool Demolition will be submitted to the City for review: a. Three Conceptual Designs b. 60% Plans and Construction Cost Estimate c. 90% Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate d. Final Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate 3. The following plan preparations will be submitted to the City for review: a. 30% Preliminary Design b. 60% Plans and Construction Cost Estimate c. 90% Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate d. Final Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate 4. A Preliminary Field Check will be conducted with City staff between 30% and 60% plan submittals for Greenlawn Avenue and Wall Street. 5. Following each plan submittal, a review meeting will be held with City staff. Meeting minutes will be taken and distributed for review following each meeting. H. Right of Way Engineering: 1. The only permanent right of way anticipated for this project is a new right of way for all of Wall Street. 2. Temporary right of way plats and descriptions are not anticipated for this project. I. Construction Administration: 1. Attendance will be required at the pre-construction meeting. 2. All shop drawing submittals will be reviewed for compliance with the plans and specifications. 3. Site visits and discussions with the City and Contractor will be performed as requested during construction. 4. Review RFI’s submitted by Contractor.
