Attend up to eight (8) monthly construction progress meetings in
addition to the pre-construction meeting when construction work is progressing
on site, to be conducted by the construction contractor. Due to the long lead times
of critical components, a monthly progress meeting is not expected for each
month of the twenty-month construction period. Engineer is to prepare and
distribute minutes for Pre-Construction Conference, and construction contractor is
to prepare and distribute all progress meeting minutes.
7.Visits to Site and Observation of Construction. Based on
information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer
will determine in general if construction contractor’s work is proceeding
in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep
Owner informed of the progress of the Work.
b.
