City of South Bend FOUR WINDS FIELD EXPANSION & RENOVATION EARLY RELEASE 1: EXHIBIT 2 Early Release 1: Exhibit 2 Page 9/38 Assumptions and Clarifications The following assumptions and clarifications apply to the Scope of Work included in this Early Release Work. 1.The Scope of Work included in the Early Release Work is that described in the specifications (Exhibit 3), drawings (Exhibit 4), and allowances (Exhibit 7), subject to the assumptions and clarifications noted below. 2.This Early Release Work only includes a partial release of the work described on the project plans and documents. The intent of the Early Release Work is to allow the structure and shell of the new Upper Decks to proceed while the remaining work needed to complete the scope shown on the specifications (Exhibit 3) and drawings (Exhibit 4) is redesigned and rebidded. 3.The work described in the following Bid Packages in section 01 12 00 Subcontracts Summary is included in the Early Release Work: •BP1-Demolition •BP2-Concrete •BP5-Masonry •BP6-Structural Steel •BP8-General Trades •BP9-Roofing •BP10-Doors, Frames, & Hdw. •BP11-Aluminum and Glazing •BP12-Walls, Ceilings, & Paint •BP13A-Carpet & Res.
