Source of funds are as follows: <br />State Of Indiana $11,250. <br />Social Service Block Grant $17,753. <br />All of the line items should be self - explanatory. Personnel expenses include <br />a part -time secretary and a part -time Counselor III. We rely on volunteers <br />to perform secretarial functions, answering phones, typing and filing, 20 <br />hours per week. Contractual items include entry fees for recreation programs, <br />cost of life guards, bus trips, and camping for the Summer Fun program, <br />and the Youth Service Bureau's share of City expenses such as participation <br />in the Employee Assistance Program. <br />Please contact me at 284 -9231 if you have any questions. <br />BCS /ma <br />Attachment <br />
