ORDINANCE NO. 73 y,I -91/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $29,003. FROM THE YOUTH <br />SERVICE BUREAU FUND FOR OPERATING FUNDS TO BE ADMINI- <br />STERED BY THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS funds are provided to the Youth Service Bureau for <br />operating costs covering the period of July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1985 <br />by Social Service Block Grant (Title XX) and State of Indiana. These <br />funds are needed in the following accounts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $29,003. is hereby appropriated from <br />the Youth Service Bureau fund as set forth below: <br />SECTION II.
