The name of the corporation is Northeast Neighborhood <br />Revitalization Organization, Inc., ("Corporation ") <br />Section 2. Address. The post office address of the Corporation's registered office is <br />803 Lincolnway West, South Bend, Indiana 46616. The initial registered agent in charge of the <br />registered office is Richard A. Nussbaum, U. <br />Section 3. Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Corporation shall begin on the first day <br />of January and end on the last day of December next succeeding. <br />Membership <br />Section 1. Eli ig_bility for Membership. Persons and corporations who have <br />contributed to the Corporation funds in certain amounts or have made commitments to contribute <br />funds in the amounts set forth in Section 2, shall be eligible for Membership in the Corporation. <br />Any person who is thus eligible for Membership and who agrees to abide by these Bylaws and <br />all other rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees, may become a Member of the <br />Corporation upon written application, acceptance by the Board of Trustees, and payment of the <br />aforementioned contributed funds. Unless designated by Board of Trustees, no other person or <br />corporation shall be eligible to become a Member of the Corporation. <br />This version of the By -Laws was approved by the NNRO Board of Trustees on February 10, 2010. <br />
