Daily responsibilities include guidance and support for safety and health management of <br />lower ranking personnel during emergency and non -emergency conditions. Supervision of multiple work <br />teams. <br />Previous direct management of training division. Responsibilities include: management of all training <br />and safety records, including NFPA, MIOSHA, NIMS, LARA, and Exercise Evaluation Guides (EEGS). This <br />includes project management, safety policy development and implementation, performance <br />evaluations, safety inspections and enforcement. Monitors compliance with all applicable governmental <br />regulations and company safety requirements. Develop and present both crisis and business continuity <br />plans. Develops, implements and evaluates emergency response training programs. This includes Risk <br />management, EOP and disaster recovery initiatives/plans. Utility system distribution safety (Gas & <br />Electric). Develop, implement and continuously improve safety programs and culture. Lead strategic <br />safety initiatives while working collaboratively with leadership and teammates. <br />WORK EXPERIENCE — Continued <br />Responsibilities included: Developing, administering, and maintaining specific emergency response and <br />disaster planning programs, policies, and procedures. Establishing a needs analysis and training <br />platform using technology and learning management programs. Preparing and executing a <br />comprehensive training program, following all federal, state and organizational safety requirements. <br />Training program management, preparation, delivery and evaluation. Prevent and resolve all safety <br />related issues using a team approach. Helped organize and facilitate numerous Table -top and Full-scale <br />Exercises. Teamwork and Leadership. <br />Develops and maintains emergency response and business continuity plans, Serves as project manager <br />leading cross -functional teams in large-scale emergency response process improvement initiatives, <br />Ensures compliance with the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and other emergency response plans, <br />Facilitates the corporate emergency response training program, including the execution and assessment <br />of the overall Incident Command System training strategy, Develops and presents crisis and business <br />continuity plans to leadership, including process metrics and achievements to target. <br />
