Responsible for <br />the safety management systems. Develop, implement and continuously improve organizations safety <br />programs. Maintain all vital training records, federal and state requirements. Responsible for training <br />and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety Manual, policies and procedures. Investigate and <br />review all company accidents and injuries. Perform field/site safety auditing with formal documentation <br />and reporting to high level executives. Create After Action Reviews for accidents, injuries and near - <br />misses for higher level General Managers and Human Resources. Implement safety policies and <br />procedures through data drive evaluations. Statistical analysis of workman comp and injury statistics <br />used to further build safety program and components. Continues improvement through training, team <br />work and communication with team members. Ability to create AAR and use as a training tool to invoke <br />higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery and internal customer service/safety. <br />Deliver vision, leadership, and technical expertise in the areas of occupational safety; advise <br />management on loss control and risk reduction strategies; provide consultation and technical assistance. <br />Track and provide insight into common issues, trends, problems, and opportunities to reduce losses and <br />incident costs; maintain information and performance measurement systems to ensure that loss <br />information is tracked and effectively communicated. Interact and communicate with Senior Leaders. <br />Experience performing data collection and analysis, quality controls and monitoring. Highly organized <br />with exceptional skills of observation and ability to prioritize. Created and implemented safety awards <br />program. Interfaces with regulatory agencies and outside vendors as necessary to ensure compliance <br />with regulatory requirements. Identifies and implements best practices. Specific work in OSHA <br />regulations for construction and general industry standards that apply to safety for all team members <br />and the organizations responsibilities to the workers. <br />
