I recommend the Board reject the bid due to it being overbudget. <br />All Indiana Finance Authority Front End Documentation provided prior to open is executed and <br />included in bids, except for HRP completing their MWBE utilization on the City forms. After bids <br />were opened, it was found that FEDC Attachment L – Telecom Contract Provisions, Attachment <br />M – BABA Contract Provision, and Attachment N – BABA Certification Form needed to be <br />included as part of the contract documents.
