I have <br />reviewed them and found them correct. <br /> <br />The bidders are summarized as follows: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />Selge <br />Construction <br />Co., Inc. <br />Base Bid $4,868,806.65 <br />Alternate 1 $398,277.15 <br />Alternate 2 $337,659.05 <br />Alternate 3 $181,408.60 <br />Alternate 4 $479,544.25 <br />Alternate 5 $231,180.95 <br />Alternate 6 $234,696.75 <br />Alternate 7 $277,104.75 <br />Total $7,008,678.15 <br /> <br />Indiana Finance Authority Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Forms were required due to the <br />state funding, and goals were set at: <br />MBE Goal: 7% <br />WBE Goal: 5% <br />The IFA DBE documents do not have a location to report percent or total utilization, although, <br />Selge showed evidence of good faith efforts on the IFA DBE Good Faith Effort forms and <br />related attachments reporting correspondence. <br /> <br />
