Approximately 350 feet <br />Of frontage on Ireland Rd., and running North there- <br />from. <br />2) Names of property owners: <br />Nohl A. Lueneburg and Betty R. Ireland Road <br />South Bend, Indiana 46614 Phone 291 -8451 <br />3) It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned <br />from "C" Commercial, "Alt Height & Area and "A" Residential <br />"Atl Height & Area, to "C" Commercial, "All Height and Area. <br />4) This rezoning is requested so as to allow the following <br />uses: supermarket, variety store, restaurant, and other <br />small retail businesses ( "B" Stores) as allowed under <br />"C" Commercial Zoning.
