ORDINANCE NO. %a 9 7_40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68 <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code). <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which <br />ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order <br />that the zoning classification of the following described real. <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St.Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana: <br />A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Twsp. 37 <br />North, Range 3 East, South Bend, St.Joseph County, Ind., <br />and described as follows: Beginning at a point 660.37 ft. <br />West of the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 30, which is also the point of intersection <br />of the center lines of Ireland Road and Ironwood Road; <br />thence North 570.42 feet; thence East 160.0 feet; <br />thence North 270.42 feet; thence West 511.2 feet; <br />thence South 840.84 feet; thence East 350.63 feet to <br />the point of beginning. Subject to all legal rights of <br />way and existing easements. <br />Be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial, "A" <br />Height & Area. <br />Section 2.
