David Huntington proposes to complete all six <br />for $2,950. Doug Carpenter proposed to complete all <br />appraisals for $1000 or less. Doris Sante quoted $400 <br />per parcel for a total of $2,400. Mrs. Kolata noted the <br />large discrepancy between the Carpenter proposal and the <br />other two. <br />Mrs. Kolata suggested accepting the proposal from B. <br />David Huntington and letting him begin work and checking <br />further into the other proposals to determine their scope <br />of services. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski <br />and unanimously carried, the Authority accepted the <br />proposal from B. David Huntington in the amount of $2,950 <br />and asked the staff to try to determine the scope of work <br />from the other proposals. <br />• <br />e. Authority approval requested for Proposal for <br />professional services related to the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we receive a lot of requests for <br />the Master Plan Cole Associates prepared, which costs us <br />about $10 to print. The Master Plan is very technical <br />and includes a lot of information of little or no <br />interest to most of the people who ask for a copy. So we <br />asked Cole Associates to develop a marketing brochure for <br />the Airport 2010 Project Area. They have been working <br />with Pitcock Advertising and have completed the design <br />and layout. We have two printers' estimates, one from <br />Rink Riverside Printing and one from Mossberg Printing. <br />The staff recommends accepting the low bid from Rink <br />Riverside for a quantity of 2000 at a cost of $7,175. <br />The brochure is a four-color brochure which will fold <br />down to 8~" by 11". It will include the Master Plan, a <br />map of the project area, and the design guidelines. We <br />expect to distribute it widely, to realtors, developers, <br />Project Future, etc. <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski <br />and unanimously carried, the Authority accepted the <br />proposal from Rink Riverside Printing to print 2000 <br />copies of the Airport 2010 marketing brochure at a cost <br />of $7,175.00. <br />-3- <br />
