Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Friday, <br />February 28, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski <br />and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting of Friday,. February 28, <br />1992. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Contract with Cole <br />Associates related to the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Nimtz Parkway) <br />• <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that when the Board of Works <br />awarded the contract for the realignment of Old Cleveland <br />Road (Nimtz Parkway), the contract was for substantially <br />less than was originally projected so there will be-money <br />to do additional work. This contract is for the design <br />of an additional 1266 feet of roadway, extending over the <br />U.S. 31 By-pass. The original design was for the roadway. <br />to end at the east ramp of the Toll Road,. this will <br />extend it to the West ramp of the Toll Road. The <br />contract is in an amount not to exceed $51,000 and is <br />within the budget awarded by the State for this project. <br />-1- <br />
