Z4q&2_,fq <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN AUTOCON <br />INDUSTRIES, INC., AND THE BOARD OF WATER WORKS <br />COMMISSIONERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $265,085.00 FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF THE SUPERVISORY CONTROL SYS- <br />TEM. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted and opened, approval of the <br />award of a Contract in the amount of $265,085.00 to Autocon <br />Industries, Inc., is requested in order to install the Super- <br />visory Control System. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That a contract in the amount of $265,085.00 <br />between the Board of Water Works Commissioners and Autocon <br />Industries, Inc., 2300 Berkshire Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota, <br />to install the supervisory control system is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II.
