Since the units were at the end of their useful life, both were replaced. <br />As Ameresco began tracking the system performance at City Hall, it was observed that the actual production was falling <br />well short of the expected production. Upon investigation, it was discovered that an existing condition was causing <br />faults on the strings. This can clearly be seen continuing in the Year 2 period in the chart above, with significant losses <br />of production throughout the year. <br />Although the data tracking process has revealed existing conditions that are outside of Ameresco's scope and <br />control, we are only claiming the actual production for the Year 2 verified savings. <br />City of Arvada, Colorado I Project #37213 1 M&V Report — Year 2 1 Page 64 <br />
