There was a quorum present. <br />1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Friday, <br />January 24. 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes <br />of the Special Meeting of Tuesday, January 24, 1992, <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. <br />Stadium. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Texas A & M University has <br />requested permission for their Visualization Laboratory <br />to go onto the property of Coveleski Stadium to produce a <br />short video tape. They would then use computer <br />technology and design to reproduce the photography into <br />other locations. Specifically, they want to see what <br />that stadium would look like in Augusta, Georgia. They <br />would also provide 20 copies of the tape to the City of <br />South Bend. The staff recommends that we allow them to <br />do that. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously Carried, the Authority approved the request <br />from Texas A & M University related to Coveleski Stadium. <br />-1- <br />
