All rights reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />A1.09 Low Voltage <br />Engineer will engage Korda/Nemeth Engineering, Inc. as the Low Voltage design engineer based <br />upon the attached proposal (Attachment 2). <br /> <br />4. Part 2 – Project Schedule is revised and shall read as follows: <br />PART 2 – PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />A detailed project schedule will be developed based on the Owner’s review process along with <br />the timing of SBCSC’s relocation to another facility. Since this project will have multiple phases <br />and submittals, the overall schedule may be impacted by the response time of the city and state <br />agencies. Initial understanding is that SBCSC plans to move out by June 2024, so ideally CDs <br />would be ready to bid and award by that time. That would allow renovation work to commence <br />mid-year 2024 with that scope of work to be determined, but the City would envision being able <br />to move into the facility in the summer of 2025. <br />A detailed project schedule will be developed based on the Owner’s review process along <br />with the timing of SBCSC’s relocation to another facility. Section C2.01.A.1, Compensation shall be revised to read as follows: <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services (other than Resident Project Representative) – Lump Sum <br />Method of Payment <br /> <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A as follows: <br />1. A Lump Sum amount of $135,220 $548,220 based on the following estimated distribution <br />of compensation: <br />a.
