360 299 a,�tM <br />Bonds, the purchase price to be paid therefor, and t e <br />manner in which the proceeds therefrom are to be disbursed, <br />® shall have been approved in writing by the Lessee; and <br />provided further, that the Lessee and the Lessor shall have <br />entered into an amendment to this Lease to provide for <br />additional rent in an amount at least sufficient to pay <br />principal and interest on the Additional Bonds when due and <br />i e.Lessor shall have otherwise complied with the provisions <br />of'Section 211 of the Indenture with respect to the issuance <br />of (lsuch Additional Bonds. The completed Project shall be <br />included under this Lease whether or not any Additional <br />Bond"s�trarAe issued and sold. <br />Section 4.3. Disbursements from the Project Fund. The <br />Lessor h'AN in the Indenture, authorized and directed the <br />Trustee to use the moneys in the Project Fund for the fol- <br />lowing purposes (but, subject to the provisions, of Section 4.9 <br />hereof, for'no other Purpose)' - <br />(a) Payment of the initial or acceptance fee of <br />the Trustee; the cost of the title policy;: the fees and <br />expenses for recording or filing this Lease, the Inden- <br />ture and any other documents or instruments by which <br />the Project or any portion thereof is conveyed and <br />mortgaged and the Lease is assigned as security for the <br />Bonds; the fees and expenses for recording or filing <br />any financing statements, and title curative documents <br />and any other documents or instruments that either the <br />Lessee or counsel (who may be counsel for the Lessor) <br />may deem desirable to file for record in order to <br />perfect or protect the title of the Lessor to, and the <br />lien of the Indenture on, the Project or any part <br />thereof, and the fees and expenses in connection with <br />any actions or proceedings that either the: Lessee or <br />counsel may deem desirable to bring in order to perfect <br />and protect the title of the Lessor to, and the lien of <br />the Indenture on, the Project or any part :thereof. <br />i <br />(b) Payment to the Lessee and the Lessor, as the <br />case may be, of such amounts, if any, as shall be <br />necessary to reimburse the Lessee and the Lessor in <br />full for all advances and payments made or costs incurred <br />by them or either of them prior to or after the execu- <br />tion of this Lease for the costs of the preparation of <br />plans and specifications for the Project (including any <br />preliminary study or planning of the Project or any <br />aspect thereof); the costs of acquisition and construction <br />by the Lessor or Lessee of the Project including, if <br />1•eased Land is part of the Project, the acquisition <br />cost and cost of clearing and, if a Building is part of <br />the Project, the acquisition and/or construction and <br />IV-3 <br />
