Only <br />the noted items are affected, and the remainder of the original contract document is to remain in its <br />entirety. <br />This Addendum modifies the Contract Documents as follows: <br />PART 1 — QUESTIONS / CLARIFICATIONS <br />PART 2 — PLAN CHANGES <br />PART 3 — SPECIAL PROVISIONS, BID TABS <br />PART 1—QUESTIONS/ CLARIFICATIONS <br />1.01 Please see the attached Pre -bid Agenda and Sign -in Sheet <br />1.02 Contractor Question: Is the 8" curb thickness the same as the asphalt? <br />A. Response: Yes, please refer to revised Plan Sheet 6 for City Standard Detail Combination Curb <br />and Gutter, Stnd 2-33 <br />1.03 Contractor Question: Is the 2' of aggregate behind the curb incidental or figured into the 200 <br />CYD quantity? <br />A. Response: The 2' of aggregate behind the curb is included in the 265 TON Compacted <br />Aggregate No. 53 pay item. <br />1.04 Contractor Question: Can the road at Ridgedale be full closure or does it need to remain half open <br />for access to the apartments? <br />A. Response: The road can be shut down completely but shall remain accessible to all local traffic. <br />1.05 Contractor Question: Is a flagger needed or can the road be shut down? <br />A. Response: If construction is complete between June 1 and August 18' there is no need for a <br />flagger, but the road will need to remain accessible for local traffic, specifically the synagogue. <br />B. If construction proceeds after August 181 a flagger would be required for Stanley Clark student <br />drop off and pick up times: 7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. & 2:30 — 4:30 p.m. <br />1.06 Contractor Question: What is the contact information for Stanley Clark School for the vacant lot <br />on the SW corner of High St and Donmoyer St for coordination and potential staging? <br />A. Response: Contact information will be shared after bid is awarded. The owner is open to <br />negotiation for staging and stockpile. <br />
