V <br />30 days to remove all of their equipment and signs from <br />the property. We have a letter to that effect which the <br />Authority would authorize. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority terminated the lease <br />agreement with Burkhart Advertising for a billboard <br />located on Parcel I in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />4. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />1990 SBCDA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />South Bend Water Works $ 24.38 <br />Indiana Michigan Power 42.62 <br />Jerome E. Michaels 2,000.00 <br />NIPSCO 15.40 <br />South Bend Water Works 10.32 <br />TOTAL 1990 SBCDA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT $ 2,092.72 <br />COVELESKI STADIUM REFUNDING BOND <br />Bainbridge Bank Note Co. $ 1,517.84 <br />~~ TOTAL COVELESKI STADIUM REFUNDING BOND $ 1,517.84 <br />Mr. Gammage asked what the bill from Jerome Michaels was. Ms. <br />Manier responded that it was for an appraisal for the L. Keen <br />Building in Monroe Park. She didn't believe that bill should <br />be listed as an Authority claim. <br />Mr. Fewell asked what the "per bond" printing charge was from <br />Bainbridge Bank Note Co. That charge could not be determined <br />during the meeting, so approval of that bill was postponed. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the claims with <br />the exception of those from Jerome Michaels and Bainbridge <br />Bond Note Co. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to <br />Mr. Gammage made a motion that the <br />Fewell seconded the motion and the <br />3:55 p.m. <br />J eph rob ewski, President <br />come before the Authority, <br />meeting be adjourned.
