Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The January 14, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Authority was called to order at 3:40 p.m. by its President, Joseph <br />Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Donald Fewell, Secretary <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts-Manier <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursdav._ <br />December 19. 1991.. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes <br />of the Special Meeting of Thursday, December 19, 1991. <br />b. A_ roval of Minutes of the Annual Organizational Meetina <br />of Friday January 3, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes <br />of the Annual Organizational Meeting of Friday, January <br />3, 1992. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for termination of lease for <br />billboard located on Parcel I in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Manier explained that there is a billboard on the <br />DeMaegt property. The DeMaegts entered into a five year <br />lease with Burkhart Advertising for the sign in 1985, <br />with annual renewals thereafter. The current lease year <br />terminates on January 16. The staff recommends that the <br />Authority terminate the lease with Burkhart, giving them <br />
