When vertical separation distance between two utility pipes is less than 2 inches, <br />place Styrofoam insulation between the two pipes. The thickness of insulation <br />shall be equal to the distance between the two pipes. The width of insulation shall <br />be equal to the outside diameter of the top pipe. The length of insulation shall be <br />equal to the length of concrete saddle.
