SECTION 9 – FIXTURES AND FINISHES <br />105 <br />9-6 AUTO-ORIENTED <br />9-6.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION <br />The Auto-Oriented District consists of mixed-use areas outside of the Downtown and <br />Neighborhood Center districts. These areas are more oriented to accommodate vehicular use and <br />mid-range transportation with minor improvements geared toward pedestrian uses. <br />9-6.2 STREET FEATURE TYPES <br />•Lighting: Type 5 (A or B) <br />•Bicycle Racks: Type 1 (A or B) <br />•Pavers: Type 1 (A or B) <br />•Trash Receptacles: Type 1 (A or B), Type 2 (A or B) <br />•Tree Grates: N/A <br />•Planters: N/A <br />•Seating: N/A <br />See Section 2-Streets, Walkways & Paths Tables 2-2.2(1) and 2-2.3(1) for additional information <br />regarding minimum right-of-way, number of lanes, and lane width. <br />9-6.3 PRIORITIES <br />Required priorities are items that must be incorporated into the project.
