The additional scoped areas include additional curb <br />ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutters and, storm water structures. The Project Development Process and Review <br />Submittals will be prepared in accordance with IDM 14-2.03 Road Plans, Partial 3R Project. <br /> <br /> <br />Field Survey: <br /> <br />Additional topographic survey will be performed in the additional areas as discussed during the Preliminary <br />Field Check. <br /> <br /> <br />Environmental Document: <br /> <br />Section 106 Documentation pursuant to Minor Projects Programmatic Agreement (MPPA) Section 1. The <br />project will remain a CE-1, if project elements affect the level, they will be removed from the project unless <br />authorized by the city of South Bend. <br /> <br /> <br />Construction Storm Water General Permit: <br /> <br />It is anticipated that ~1.86 acres of disturbance are needed for the reconstruction of the sidewalks and curb <br />ramps. Due to the disturbance exceeding one acre a Construction Storm Water General Permit will be <br />required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We understand that the project will be a partial 3R project in accordance with IDM 40 and will follow the <br />Resurfacing, Non-Freeway Project Development Process.
