<br />in purchasing the lot, one hundred ($100.00) dollars is not too much to put up. Mr. Urbanski
<br />encouraged the Council to consider this bill so that the City will not be out the costs of preparing the
<br />property for sale should the Petitioner not submit a bid.
<br />There was no one else present wishing to speak in favor of this bill and there was no one present
<br />wishing to speak in opposition to this bill.
<br />Therefore, Councilmember Kelly made a motion that this bill be sent to the full Council with a
<br />favorable recommendation. Councilmember Coleman seconded the motion which carried by a voice
<br />vote of eight (8) ayes.

<br />Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion that the Council accept the substitute version of this bill.
<br />Councilmember Coleman seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes.
<br />Councilmember Aranowski, Chairperson, Personnel & Finance Committee, reported that the
<br />Personnel and Finance Committee met jointly with the Public Works and Property Vacation
<br />Committee and sends this bill to the full Council with a favorable recommendation.
