Mr. Urbanski <br />encouraged the Council to consider this bill so that the City will not be out the costs of preparing the <br />property for sale should the Petitioner not submit a bid. <br />There was no one else present wishing to speak in favor of this bill and there was no one present <br />wishing to speak in opposition to this bill. <br />Therefore, Councilmember Kelly made a motion that this bill be sent to the full Council with a <br />favorable recommendation.
