All rights reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer will provide a cost analysis comparing two different polymer systems; dry and <br />emulsion. Engineer will analyze estimated capital cost at a budgetary level, based on <br />preliminary design information, and 20-year chemical cost. Engineer will also work with <br />vendors to determine feasibility of each type of polymer. Results will be documented in a <br />memorandum and the City will provide direction before design commences. <br /> <br />Task 204 – Shop Drawing and Submittal Review <br /> <br />Engineer will review shop drawings and other data submitted by the Contractor for the <br />polymer equipment and associated appurtenances. The Engineer’s review shall be for <br />general conformity to the Construction Contract Documents for the project and shall not <br />relieve the Contractor of any of their contractual responsibilities. <br /> <br /> <br />b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in <br />accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />c. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: <br /> <br />d.
