Description of Modifications: <br /> <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />Task 101 – Project Management and Administration <br /> <br />Provide project supervision, direction, and coordination with the Owner’s management and <br />staff. Project administration and management also includes budget and schedule control, <br />document control, coordination of activities, monthly invoicing, and project close out for <br />administration of Amendment 1. <br /> <br />Task 103 – Basis of Design Memorandum <br /> <br />The Basis of Design Memorandum will be updated to include design information and <br />project direction for a new polymer feed system, including design criteria, sequencing plan, <br />control descriptions, and other important project design information. <br /> <br />Task 104– Design and Contract Document Development <br /> <br />Removal of the existing polymer system and design for a new polymer system will be <br />added to the Contract Documents including drawings and specifications, as part of Bid <br />Package 2 (Project No. 123-031B). The polymer system will be a pre-manufactured skid <br />system as appropriate, potentially including tanks, pumps, motors, blenders, controls, and <br />other appurtenances. Engineer will design piping and controls connections, electrical <br />requirements, any necessary structural modifications, and anything additional to make a <br />functioning system. <br /> <br />Task 109 – Polymer System Options Analysis
