The engineer’s estimate for this project was <br />$19,396.91. Four quotes were received, and all quoters were responsive. Engineering recommends <br />award of the quote at the Board of Public Works meeting on April 9th, 2024. <br /> <br />The quoters ranked as follows: <br /> <br />Bidder Total Quote Amount <br />1. John Ward Concrete $28,860 <br />2. TX Concrete $15,500 <br />3. Selge Construction $47,600 <br />4. Ortiz Construction $13,676 <br /> <br />Engineering did not find any calculation errors in the submitted quotes. <br /> <br />Engineering recommends award of the quote to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter, <br />Ortiz Construction, in the amount of $13,676.
