NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />also request the right to stay in the home rent free until <br />January 31, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the counter <br />offer in the amount of $87,000 plus $3,000 moving expenses <br />from Mr. and Mrs. Hannah for Parcel C in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area, including Mr. & Mrs. Hannah <br />waiving the right to any other relocation or moving <br />benefits and allowing the Hannahs to live rent free in the <br />home until January 31, 1992 and to salvage the property. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter <br />offer of $235,000 from Lynda Corbridge for Parcel B in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. Ms. Corbridge agrees <br />to waive all relocation and moving expenses for which she <br />might be eligible. As part of the counter offer, Mrs. <br />Corbridge would like to be able to stay in the house rent <br />free until January 31, 1992 and to retain salvage rights <br />• to the property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the counter <br />offer in the amount of $235,000 from Lynda Corbridge for <br />Parcel B in the Airport Economic Development Area, <br />including Mrs. Corbridge waiving the right to any other <br />relocation or moving benefits and allowing the Corbridges <br />to live rent free in the home until January 31, 1992 and <br />the right to salvage the property. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter <br />offer of $105,000 from Mr. and Mrs. Francoeur for Parcel D <br />in the Airport Economic Development Area. The Francoeur's <br />agree to waive all relocation and moving benefits for <br />which they might be eligible. The counter offer is <br />contingent upon receiving permission to live rent free in <br />the home until December 1, 1991. They request permission <br />to retain salvage rights to the property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority agreed to the counter <br />offer in the amount of $105,000 from Mr. and Mrs. <br />Francoeur for Parcel D in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area on the condition that the owners waive the right to <br />• any other relocation or moving benefits to which they may <br />otherwise be entitled; and with the provisions that the <br />Francoeurs may live rent free in the home until December <br />1, 1991 and that they may salvage the property. <br />-2- <br />
