OXBO <br />PRODUCT WARRANTY <br />LIMITED WARRANTY <br />OXBO International Corporation warrants its new machines to be free from defects in material <br />and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of <br />delivery to the original purchaser, or five hundred (500) hours of operation whichever occurs <br />first. <br />Upon satisfactory claim, we will, within a reasonable time, at our option replace or repair <br />defective parts free of charge. Charges for transportation, customs duties or taxes where <br />applicable, installation, correcting defects or making additions will not be allowed, nor will we <br />accept products returned for credit unless the return or correction is authorized by us in writing. <br />Warranty claims will not be honored if, in Oxbo's opinion, such claim was caused by improper <br />use, improper adjustment or failure to properly maintain the machine. <br />THE ONLY REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, AND OXBO'S ONLY <br />LIABILITY OF ANY HIND, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE, WITH <br />RESPECT TO ANY MACHINE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR <br />REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS AS STATED ABOVE, AND SHALL IN <br />NO EVENT INCLUDE ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. <br />THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED <br />OR IMPLIED; AND OXBO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED <br />WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR <br />PURPOSE. <br />THE OWNER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, <br />ETC. WHICH MAY RESULT IF THE EQUIPMENT IS USED FOR ANYTHING OTHER <br />THAN THE HARVESTING OPERATION IT IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO DO. <br />
