The original lease did <br />not have a start date. Resolution No. 40 sets the <br />effective date of the lease as the date of execution, <br />November 1, 1989. The Redevelopment Commission is the <br />lessee and wants to enter into subleases with the Board <br />of Public Works and, eventually, with potential tenants <br />for the residential properties in Monroe Park. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski <br />and unanimously carried, the Authority approved <br />Resolution No. 40 approving the execution of a Second <br />Addendum to the Lease for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Public Improvement Project. <br />4. Adjournment <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Redevelopment Authority, Mr. Fewell made a motion that the <br />meeting be adjourned.
