<br />6. Calculation of Limits <br /> <br />Limits are applied from the South Bend Municipal Code directly to Messer LLC facility <br />effluent. <br /> <br />7. Monitoring Frequency <br /> <br />Monitoring frequencies are based on South Bend’s US EPA approved industrial <br />pretreatment program monitoring plan. Messer LLC is classified as a B industrial user <br />due to their waste flow of greater than 50,000 gpd and less than 100,000 gpd. <br /> <br />8.
