Mc ~- <br />;~ <br />t <br />• Mrs. Kolata explained that there were some changes to the legal descriptions <br />for several properties conveyed to the Authority for the purpose of improving <br />them with the lease purchase bond funds. This Second Addendum to Lease <br />contains the complete set of legal descriptions, as corrected. The addenchun <br />also changes the use of some of the Monroe Park property from land to be <br />cleared to land to be rehabilitated and from land to be rehabilitated to land <br />to be cleared. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. McCullough and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 22 .approving the execution of <br />the Second Addenchun to Lease for the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Public Improvement Project. <br />4. Other <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that most of the projects that the bond issue is funding are <br />well under way. <br />5. Adj ournmex~t <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr. <br />McCullough made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
