Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The May 15, 1990, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order <br />at 3:40 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Don Fewell, Vice President <br />Mr. George McCullough, Secretary/Treasurer <br />Legal Counsel: Mr. Robert Rosenfeld <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Media: Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />2. Authority approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of April 23, 1990. <br />• Upon a motion by Mr. McCullough, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously carried, <br />the Minutes of the Special Meeting of April 23, 1990 were approved. <br />3. New Business <br />a. Authority approval requested for Resolution No 21 a resolution of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Authority accepting the transfer of certain real pro..perty <br />from the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment and the Board of <br />Public Works. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Board of Public Works has conveyed two sections. of <br />curb and sidewalk that were not ready to be transferred at the time of the <br />bond closing. The Redevelopment property was owned by the Connnission at the <br />time of closing, but needed to correct some wording in the. legal description <br />and did not want to convey it until the legal description was correct. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. McCullough, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 21 accepting the transfer of <br />certain real property from the. City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment <br />and the Board of Public Works. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No 22 a resolution of the <br />Redevelopment Authority approving the execution of the Second Addendum to <br />Lase for the South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project. <br />• <br />
