C <br />The Redevelopment Authority <br />August 18, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if it is zoned properly and Mr. Inks said it is. Mr. Inks said this <br />is probably the first new development in Blackthorn in over ten years. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ray Thomas, the Authority approved <br />Resolution No. 178 authorizing the Director of Economic Development to <br />approve and execute documents related to the Davita F. J. Nimtz Parkway Minor <br />and ratifying action. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: September 5, 2012 <br />5.
