Construction of a sanitary sewer has been ordered by <br /> the St. Joseph County Health Department. <br /> The balance in the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund after this <br /> appropriation is $371,328.18. <br /> Your favorable consideration is requested on this proposed ordinance.
