ORDINANCE NO. 7,6/6-s--86- <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,000.00 FROM THE <br /> CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br /> PROJECT CS 829 RIVERSIDE DRIVE SEWER, WITHIN <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary <br /> to install a sewer on Riverside Drive. Finds are now needed for the <br /> engineering costs for this improvement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br /> ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br /> for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
