They <br /> believe as I, that they should be able to apply for a permit <br /> so that they can transport and pickup handicapped individuals <br /> by using handicapped parking spaces. Currently such <br /> commercial vehicles can only use loading zones , which in <br /> many instances are farther away than the designated handicapped <br /> parking areas. <br /> I believe that the attached amendments are reasonable <br /> and in the best interests of our citizens.
