All rights reserved. <br /> <br />This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of six (6) pages, referred to <br />in and part of the Agreement between Owner and <br />Engineer for Professional Services dated , . <br />Engineer’s Services <br /> <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br /> <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. <br /> <br />PART 1 – BASIC SERVICES <br />A1.01 Architectural/Interior Design <br />Schematic Design (estimated at approximately eight (8) weeks after owner review and approval of <br />programming and conceptual design services) <br />A. Prepare schematic level documents to illustrate the design of the building. Documents will <br />include the following: <br />1. Floor plans <br />2. Typical room layouts <br />3. Building elevations (street elevation) <br />4. One (1) rendered image of the one-stop shop on the first floor for approval by the <br />City <br />5. Furniture selection images <br />B. Attend biweekly virtual coordination meetings with City and design team. <br />C. Attend final schematic design review meeting in-person with the Deputy Director of Public <br />Works, Jitin Kain, and the Director of Public Works, Eric Horvath. <br />The Design Development phase is estimated to begin within four (4) weeks of completion of the <br />Schematic Design phase once approval of the SD package is received from the Deputy Director of <br />Public Works, Jitin Kain. <br />Elevator Replacement Bid Documents (estimated at approximately six (6) weeks after the MEP/FP and <br />Low Voltage building system surveys have been completed) <br />A. Prepare a Revit model for coordination with other disciplines and deliver the following: <br />1. Demolition plans and details related to the elevator shaft(s) and equipment room <br />2. New work plans showing the extent of work required to replace two (2) existing <br />elevators <br />3. New work details required to upgrade/replace existing elevators <br />B. Provide specification sections applicable to elevator replacement and as provided by City <br />as required for public bidding. <br />C. Attend biweekly virtual coordination meetings with City and design team. <br />   <br />     <br />
