JUL 17 1985 <br /> r <br /> k t `" !A <br /> i!;. .�..�:�a�:3rod}7 U L <br /> ntury <br /> rater <br /> DATE: July 16, 1985 <br /> TO: Members of the South Bend City Council <br /> SUBJECT: On Ordinance appropriating $231,112.00 from the Morris Civic <br /> Auditorium Improvement Fund to facilitate expansion and up- <br /> grading of services at the Morris Civic Auditorium <br /> Because it is important to provide convenient access to restrooms and <br /> certain seating areas for the handicapped, to provide better box office <br /> services, and more space for increased activities at the Morris Civic <br /> Auditorium, it is requested that the Council approve this ordinance. <br /> Funding for these improvements has come from contributions from the <br /> community. All funds paid to the City by Southold Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br /> will be paid back into the Morris Auditorium Improvement Fund. <br /> Thank you for your attention. <br /> Sincer , <br /> Brian R.
