<br /> PAGE 6 OF 11 APPENDIX “A” <br />• Final specifications, unique special provisions, and cost estimates relative <br />to the proposed traffic signal improvements <br />5.7 Revise the Final/Stage 3 traffic signal plans per comments received from LPA, <br /> and develop construction plans as part of the Final Tracing submittal. <br />6.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> 6.1 Attend the project scoping meeting with INDOT and LPA. <br /> 6.2 Prepare and review of INDOT quarterly reports. <br /> 6.3 Attend quarterly review meetings with LPA as requested. <br /> 6.4 Preparing monthly project status reports. <br /> 6.5 Perform general project coordination with LPA and INDOT personnel and other <br /> project stakeholders and overall management of the consultant design team for up <br /> to (24) months. <br />7.0 ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION <br /> Perform the following tasks for environmental clearance. <br /> 7.1 Task Organization/Coordination – Manage and coordinate activities associated <br /> with the preparation of the required environmental work. <br /> 7.2 Client / Subconsultant Contract Coordination – Perform all file management, <br /> review of project budget and coordinate subconsultant work. <br /> 7.3 Identify Property Owners and Mail Notice of Entry for Survey or Investigation <br /> Letters – Coordinate with the surveyor to ensure the notices include the <br /> appropriate verbiage to cover environmental field activities. <br /> 7.4 Progress Reports – Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports to be <br /> provided to the client. <br /> 7.5 Client / Design Coordination Meetings – Prepare for and attend one (1) virtual <br /> project kick off meeting and one (1) on site initial field check meeting by one <br /> member of the environmental team. <br /> 7.6 NEPA Documentation – Carry out environmental analyses and develop the <br /> appropriate level of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation <br /> for the project in accordance with INDOT environmental procedures as <br /> determined by the anticipated project impacts. A Level 2 Categorical Exclusion <br /> (CE-2) is anticipated due to the anticipated Section 106 finding of “No Adverse <br /> Effect.” It is assumed that acquisition of new permanent plus temporary right-of- <br /> way will be less than 0.5-acre. The environmental services required to develop <br /> this project shall be in accordance with the Procedural Manual for Preparing <br /> Environmental Documents (2008) and the most recent INDOT Categorical <br /> Exclusion Manual. The tasks to be performed shall include the following items. <br /> 7.6.1 Field Inspection – Perform a survey by biologists to document potential <br /> environmental resources, recreational facilities, hazardous materials, etc. <br /> 7.6.2 Red Flag Investigation - Conduct a Red Flag Investigation (RFI) for the <br /> project.
