<br />Page | 6 <br /> <br /> <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND – SAFE ROUTE TO SCHOOL FOR LADY OF HUNGARY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br /> <br />JAMES MCPHAIL - (Abonmarche) <br />James has over ten years of experience in field operations and construction oversight. <br />His responsibilities at Abonmarche include construction inspections, progress meetings, <br />pay estimates, schedule oversight, record keeping, stakeholder communication, <br />construction staking, utility as-builts, and construction administration. <br /> <br />His project experience includes the following: <br /> <br />• Wild Cherry Ridge Roadway Improvements - Mishawaka, IN. James performed the role of primary <br />construction inspector for this $600,000 project. <br />• CR 17 Improvements - Elkhart County, IN. James performed the role of primary construction <br />inspector for this $800,000 project that included new roadway construction , earthwork, and associated <br />improvements. <br />• Southwood Sewer Separation - South Bend, IN. James performed the role of primary construction <br />inspector for this $2.500,000 project that included new storm sewer and drainage improvements, utility <br />coordination, and new roadway, curb and sidewalks. <br />• Mishawaka Traffic Safety Plan & West Vestibule - Mishawaka, IN James performed the role of primary construction inspector for this $3.2 million <br />project over seeing all aspects of the construction. This project included the construction of multiple new parking lots, drop off area, new grand entrance <br />into the school. Ensuring ADA accessibility and safe traffic routes for all school traffic. <br /> <br />TAYLOR WILLOUGHBY – (APEX) <br />Taylor is a stormwater inspector with numerous years of combined experience in stormwater inspections for civil development projects. <br />His professional background includes stormwater inspections, assisting in stormwater plan development for INDOT projects, and <br />permitting for various environmental permits. He also has experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D software. <br /> <br />Taylors’s project experience includes stormwater management and inspection of numerous INDOT and LPA transportation projects <br />including bridges, small structures, pipelining and pedestrian projects. Taylor is knowledgeable in environmental permits and how they <br />affect the construction projects and ensuring sites are kept within environmental regulations. He has extensive knowledge in IDEM CSGP <br />(Construction Stormwater General Permits) and preparation of SWQCP (Stormwater Quality Control Plans) for numerous INDOT and <br />local projects.
