The project includes <br />roadway reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage and drive approaches. <br />• Contract No. B-41950, Miami County Bridge No. 501 Rehabilitation (Wayne Street over Wabash River). <br />• Contract No. R-29471, Road and bridge construction on Flutter Road, Allen County, IN. <br />INDOT Projects: <br />• Contract No. B-41215 – Four Bridge Decks Overlay projects on various locations on U.S. 31 including U.S. 31 over CSX Railroad, U.S. 31 over <br />Elmer Ditch, U.S. 31 over Kenilworth Road, and U.S. 31 over Lehman Ditch (INDOT LaPorte District bundle-projects). <br />As part of the City Engineer Responsibility for the City of Garrett, Mr. Hepler has performed construction inspection for the city local projects as well. <br /> <br />SCOTT CARTER - (Etica) <br />Scott has over 25 years of experience overseeing construction sites, with over 23 <br />years at INDOT, He is a Site Manager software proficient, knows INDOT standards <br />and specifications, and is materials proficient.
